WOW!! My homeowners insurance bill just came and the rate for this year has gone down. The company we have our insurance with is taking full advantage of the steps our government has taken to lower rates. Homeowners insurance rates in the state of florida have gone through the roof in recent years. What I hear from my neighbors and new costomers is that homeowner companys continue to leave the state, cancel policies or raise the rates making home ownership impossible.
