Insurance is often called “a necessary evil.” Sometimes I think so too and I have done insurance for 25 years. Unfortunately, there is no way to avoid insurance when the need exist. (Unless you are extremely wealthy and know you will never be the object of a law suit.) Over the years, I have never meet anyone who did not want insurance at the time of need. Yes, and I also agree that insurance premiums are all too often high. When shopping for insurance there are several things that need to balance —- a good company which honors its promises based on coverages you have chosen, coverage that fits your needs and budget and an independent agent who can offer many options.
