WOW!!  My homeowners insurance bill just came and the rate for this year has gone down. The company we have our insurance with is taking full advantage of the steps our government has taken to lower rates.   Homeowners insurance rates in the state of florida have gone through the roof in recent years.  What I hear from my neighbors and new costomers is that homeowner companys continue to leave the state, cancel policies or raise the rates making home ownership impossible.  I hope we have a solution for you!  Our office represents a number of companys that may be a better fit for your wallet.  We are happy to say that they also offer excellent customer service and claims service while trying to keep rates in line at this difficult time.

June 7th and 8th from 11am to 5pm there will be a party celebrating the Gran Opening of our new neighbors Domino’s. There will be a ton of free pizza, prizes, and discounts from several participating stores. Free Haircuts on Sunday even!

The party will be located on the corner of 192 and Dyer. Stop on by and say hello!

Check your homeowners policy, condo policy, rental property and renters insurance to make sure you have appropriate coverages for hurricane damage. Some companies will allow generous amounts of coverage for additional living expenses if you have damages preventing you for living in you in your home or your tenant from living in a rental property. WHEN IS THE LAST TIME YOU CHECKED YOUR POLICY? WHAT ABOUT YOUR OTHER COVERAGES?

Insurance is often called “a necessary evil.” Sometimes I think so too and I have done insurance for 25 years. Unfortunately, there is no way to avoid insurance when the need exist. (Unless you are extremely wealthy and know you will never be the object of a law suit.) Over the years, I have never meet anyone who did not want insurance at the time of need. Yes, and I also agree that insurance premiums are all too often high. When shopping for insurance there are several things that need to balance —- a good company which honors its promises based on coverages you have chosen, coverage that fits your needs and budget and an independent agent who can offer many options. Give us a try.
